Two stories high and half a block deep, every square inch of Ri-Ra is crammed with knick-knacks or painted with images and sayings reminiscent of Ireland. Even some of the staff is Irish, sporting thick brogues and warm smiles. Novelty aside, Ri-Ra is a beautiful pub (the interior was built in Ireland, then reassembled in Charlotte) with old-world charm. Though once packed nighly with crowds of trend-chasers, it's now much more laid-back and accessible.
