Redline is owned by the same group that's behind the popular Temple Bar and the sadly missed Grafton Street Pub, and it takes a similar focus with the food -- upscale bar snacks and bistro-style entrees. You can get anything from basic fried calamari and chicken wings to smoked salmon and mussels as appetizers. Favorite entrees vary from pork medallions, served with a roasted butternut squash risotto and a warm apple pear chutney, to a grilled New Yorker steak, with red potatoes, pearl onions, asparagus and mustard sauce. And for the traditionalists, there's a whopping half- pound burger with onions, bacon, mushrooms and cheese. Busy during dining hours, Redline really picks up with the late-night crowd, making it rather difficult to make your way to the bar for a drink. But, if you want to rub elbows with the Harvard Grad School elite, there's no better place to go.
