Grizzly's award-winning handcrafted beer is a favorite in the culturally active home of the University of Michigan. England's Peter Austin & Partners (world-renowned master brewers) designed the brew kettle for Grizzly Peak Brewing Co. It consists of beautiful brick, and is steel and copper-topped, all enclosed by glass windows, which enables all to view the brewing process.
